Conditions of Marriage
All couples are required by law to submit a “Notice of Intended Marriage Form” to your wedding officiator/celebrant at least one month prior to your wedding date. This may be obtained from your marriage officiator, a Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages office. Other documents required are full birth certificates, passports (if you're not an Australian citizen), and a divorce decree (if applicable).
